  • Before Registering

    Once you click the "Register Now" button below and make it to the next screen, please enter the email associated with your NCEO account. Please remember that your username is usually the email associated with your company/firm. If you are unsure whether you have an NCEO account, please contact customerservice@nceo.org or call 510-208-1300. If you are not an NCEO member, you will see nonmember prices. If you would like to join as a member, please contact membership@nceo.org or call 510-208-1302.

    If you want to get the best prices, make sure your NCEO membership is current. Please make sure to renew your membership before registering.

  • Cancellation Policy/Transfer

    You may cancel your registration at any time and receive a refund, minus an administrative fee of $100.00 per person, until January 16, at 12 a.m. After January 16, if you wish to cancel, you will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $150.00 per person, until March 6, 2026, at 12 a.m. After March 6, 2026, no refunds will be given. Please note: credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

    Any cancellations made after March 6, 2026, at 12 a.m. will not be refunded.

    You may transfer your registration to another member of your company or client without penalty until April 3, 2026.

    NCEO attendees: In the event of name changes, room cancellations, or modifications needing to be made to your hotel reservation, please contact Eva Lianos at eventhelp@nceo.org to facilitate directly with our hotel partners and complete your reservation request. If you do not properly cancel your room, the NCEO will retain your registration payment to pay for cancellation fees incurred for hotels.

  • Where can I see the entire agenda?

    The NCEO Annual Conference agenda will be available in January. The agenda will be linked on this website with all offerings available.

  • Is there a mobile app available, and when can I get access to it?

    The NCEO mobile app will become available late March. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to log in.

  • How do I register for breakout sessions?

    You do not need to sign up for individual breakout sessions. Once onsite in Milwaukee, you'll be able to attend whichever sessions you'd like. All sessions are first-come, first-served.

  • How do I register for cocktail receptions?

    All meals and cocktail receptions are included in your registration cost. No additional registration is required.

  • I already purchased a registration. Can I add a Preconference workshop to it?

    Yes! Simply login to the self-service portal with your email address and registration ID (listed in your confirmation email). Once logged in, you'll be able to purchase additional registrations or add a Preconference workshop to your registration. If you are registered as a part of a group, you'll need to click on your name once you log in to the self-service portal.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    To cancel your registration, please email eventhelp@nceo.org. You may cancel your registration at any time and receive a refund, minus an administrative fee of $100.00 per person, until January 16, 2026, at 12 a.m. After January 16, if you wish to cancel, you will receive a refund, less an administrative fee of $150.00 per person, until March 6, 2026, at 12 a.m. After March 6, 2026, no refunds will be given.
