The 2026 NCEO Annual Conference has several hotel options to suit all of your needs. We recommend that you book your room once you have registered. Our discounted hotel blocks sold out in 2025. Please avoid hotel fraud—see below for information and booking link.

NCEO Attendees Hotel Change Policy: In the event of name changes, room cancellations, or modifications needing to be made to your hotel reservation, please contact Eva Lianos at eventhelp@nceo.org to facilitate directly with our hotel partners and complete your reservation request. If you do not properly cancel your room, the NCEO will retain your registration payment to pay for cancellation fees incurred for hotels. 

Avoid Hotel Fraud: The NCEO has not authorized anyone to contact sponsors and attendees about lodging. If someone contacts you or refers you to a website to make "reservations," this is a SCAM. Use only the links or phone numbers supplied below to make your hotel reservations. These hotel scams will request payment upfront or send you an invoice—this is how you will know it is a scam.
