Employee Ownership Conference

Update on Our Virtual Annual Conference

Please stay tuned for more details as we put together a virtual conference. Though we are no longer able to meet in person this April, we remain committed to providing an immersive educational experience, complete with informative in-depth sessions, innovative ideas, and meaningful connections to the employee ownership community.

Shifting from an in-person event that we've held for decades to a completely new online format will naturally take some time. We are still in the process of finalizing details where it pertains to dates, rates, logistics, offerings, and platform. We will update this space and reach out to previous registrants and NCEO members as the virtual conference solidifies and takes shape.

Thank you for your interest in the NCEO Employee Ownership Conference. As many of you know, we've hosted the conference, our flagship event, for 39 years. Every year has been bigger and better than the last. We anticipated that this year would be no exception.

With registration numbers at an all-time high, we looked forward to sharing another amazing conference experience with all of you.

Unfortunately, due to the continued concern over the COVID-19 virus (commonly known as the coronavirus), we can no longer responsibly hold our large-scale in-person event. Minnesota Governor Walz has recommended that gatherings of 250 or more people be cancelled. Rather than forego the opportunity of bringing us all together, we've opted to bring the experience to the ESOP community virtually. See our FAQ page for more.

We understand that a virtual event cannot replace the camaraderie felt at an in-person event, but it is important that we value the health and safety of our attendees above all else.

Thank you for your support.
