This hands-on workshop puts you in the driver's seat of an underperforming employee-owned company and challenges you to turn the business around. Through an immersive simulation, you'll experience what it takes to connect everyday decisions to business results, align around a common goal, and understand how individual actions can ultimately impact the value of the company. Participants will forecast actions and results for four successive weeks, so they can see their impact at the individual, department, and company level.

You'll leave with practical ideas for bringing those same behaviors back to your own organization.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This session is designed for employee-owners at all levels and leaders responsible for building business literacy and an ownership culture. No prior financial or business expertise is required. You'll benefit most if you're ready to actively participate, make decisions, work with business data, and explore how your role connects to company performance.

1. Trace how a specific operating decision, such as reducing waste or shortening invoicing time, moves through your company's income statement and affects its overall value.
2. Practice line-item ownership by forecasting your numbers at the individual, department, and company level.
3. Practice ownership behaviors such as accountability, collaboration, informed decision making, and shared responsibility for business outcomes.
