More About Minneapolis!

Meet the biggest underestimated place in the north. A dramatic riverfront skyline, three professional sports stadiums within 1.3 miles, so much art you're literally surrounded by it, and a theater on almost every corner. A culture committed to perfecting the craft of the brew, one of the best park systems in the nation, and a foodie paradise where you can get Nordic cuisine for breakfast, Ethiopian for lunch, and this thing called a "Jucy Lucy" for dinner—and oh yeah, cocktails on a Ferris wheel. A place surrounded by 22 lakes, the Mississippi River and a waterfall, where you can meet friendly locals who can't wait to show you why they love living here.

Visit our Meet Minneapolis landing page for activities to enjoy in your downtime.

Greening Our Meeting

green meeting

There are some big changes at the NCEO Employee Ownership Conference. This year, to become eco-friendlier we will not be providing a printed program. This is a departure from previous years, but rest assured our agenda will be provided on the conference website and mobile app.

The Minneapolis Convention Center's mission includes integrating a no-waste mentality. It is committed to using resources responsibly and assisting attendees in recycling and composting event waste and donating non-consumed goods to local nonprofits.
