No. All of our onsite sessions in Kansas City are first-come, first-serve. There is no need to sign up for sessions before your arrival.

A detailed conference agenda will be available in mid- to late March. Once available, you can access this agenda anytime via the annual conference website by navigating to the "Agenda" tab.

Each session will have a full description, speakers, and the CE eligible for that session.

Full CE breakdowns will not be available until the complete conference agenda is available.

Please review our "CE" page in the coming months to see a complete list of our CE offerings.

Once the agenda has been released, you will be able to filter by CE type to view sessions eligible for your preferred CE credit.

Virtual registration includes access to up to 8 hours of content, virtual games, networking, and wellness sessions.

The virtual agenda is not 100% synchronized with the in-person agenda. If you are looking for more than 8 hours of education sessions, please consider attending in-person in Kansas City.

Not eligible for CE when viewing recordings. Must watch sessions during posted agenda time.

The conference will be hosted at the Kansas City Convention Center. The NCEO has arranged hotel blocks at three hotels surrounding this venue. All hotels are a short walking distance from the convention center.

Please book your hotel accommodations by navigating to the Hotels page of this site.

Accepted speakers receive a discount on their conference registration. Please log in to your speaker portal and locate the "Register for Conference" task for further instructions on how to register with the speaker rate. Speakers from employee-owned companies get a complimentary registration (limit one per company; if more than one speaker from your company was accepted, the additional person(s) can register at the discounted speaker rate).
